I was wondering if you could recommend a good veterinarian to snip little Ozzy in April and take care of all his other health needs. I am less inclined to stay with the Doc we have been using since the rabies vaccination incident.UPDATE: Ozzy’s training is going really well. He seems sooooo much more relaxed around the house and comes to us almost without fail. We are still trying to come up … Read more

Hi Jen,Just a few lines to let you know that Lucy is doing very well….slept through the night in her new crate….is going potty on her “pooch potty,” not really obsessed with Buddha, “leaves it” when asked….does pretty much what we ask of her. As you know, Lucy is a very intuitive, sweet soul. Bless her heart!Jen, I don’t think words can express how much we appreciate and respect you…You a… Read more

Duma has been doing very well. She is walked daily and played with after work (dog park, back yard, etc.). Melissa and I are moving soon and would love to schedule an in-house training session after we settle in to the new house – I’ll keep you posted! Duma is such an amazing dog and what you’ve done for her and us has made her that much more special. People are so blown-away when they see h… Read more

Hi Jen-Just wanted to drop a little note to let you know that Miss Nala is now staying home all by her little self! Sounds silly I know but you understand how momentous this is for us 🙂She is in her crate in the morning for about three hours till Bryan comes home for lunch, they go to the park and play, then she is out of the crate for about 4 hours till I get home from school. Not one … Read more

Hi Jen,Monday, the 25th at 10:30 AM should work fine. Charlie is improving a lot with Steven and Bruce, especially Bruce (slowly but surely). Bruce has been able to do Charlie’s extended downs next to him now without a leash. Thanks again for everything. Charlie (and we) have vastly improved since you’ve been helping us! Walking him is fun now! And he’s not jumping on Lily, and he’s going o… Read more

Hi Jen,It was good to hear from you. Honey is doing well. The nipping has really diminished and she seems less afraid of all the construction noise going on. Since the girls are back in school, she gets nice long walks every morning (not to mention, some peace and quiet!). Overall, a big improvement. Thanks so much for your help. Please feel free to stop by if you are ever in the area.

Hi Jen,How are you? Hoping all is great. I can’t believe the difference in George. My gosh! As you know, we almost gave him up. Never thought we could turn him around. There’s no doubt he has responded beautifully to your training techniques. We don’t have to fight him at the door and he actually listens to us now! You are absolutely wonderful and we sincerely thank you!

Hi Jen,We had our first two mile morning walk yesterday, with our neighbors, and Molly did great! They were so impressed, as was I. Audrey, the lady you met, is referring you to another neighbor (someone I don’t know) who lives just around the corner, so you may be getting a call.

Hi Jennifer,Thanks for your help with Chip! It was a pleasure to meet and work with you. We will miss you (Sammy will too!)A different plumber showed up today and he agreed to work with me to meet Chip. Chip managed to stay down for a moment (I kept the front door closed while I opened the gate and brought him in); I put him back on down, gave the guy treats, and let Chip go. For once, Ch… Read more

Hi Jen, My little smarty pants is just a dream. I just LOVE her so much! She now sits and stays about 15′ away while I put her meal in place and then tell her to come. She is perfect. On walks, every once in awhile I stop and ask her to sit which she does. The bell thing by the doggy door we are still working on, but she has already done it 2 or 3 times on her own. Every morning she lets me k… Read more
